ingredients for cloth wipe solution

Making your own cloth wipe solution is quite easy to do and most of  what you need can be found right in your home.  You can make a large batch to save time. Just store the extra in the fridge and use within 2 days. I recommend using olive oil or natural baby oil instead of conventional baby oil because conventional baby oils have petroleum or mineral oil in them which blocks the pores in the skin and prevent the skin from breathing.  Also choose a natural baby shampoo like earth mama angel baby or sweet knee bubbly soap instead of commercial brand baby shampoo.

Basic wipe solution mix

2 cups water

water

2-3 tablespoon natural baby liquid soap

natural baby liquid soap

2 tablespoon of olive oil or an oil of your choice

oil

Combine ingredients and store in a bottle or pour over wipes. Store wet wipes in a used wipe’s tub such as huggies  or plastic container.
